Official I Belong Programme contacts

This guide explains what official sources publish about the I Belong Programme — but it cannot tell you how the programme will treat your individual circumstances, confirm your personal eligibility, process an application, or tell you whether the programme’s arrangements will change. • you were partway through a Stage 1 course when the Stage 1 courses were discontinued on 15 June 2026, and want to know how it affects you (see what the Directorate says about the Stage 1 courses);
• you hold some other qualification and want to know whether it changes the prerequisite certificate requirement (see eligibility);
• you need to confirm exactly what your completed or in-progress I Belong certificate documents, for a Long-Term Residence application or another official process (see how the Directorate and Identità describe the course); or
• you have a time-sensitive deadline that depends on the programme’s arrangements.
