How to reach the editorial team behind this guide — and where to go for official help.

What this contact page is for

This page is for editorial questions about I Belong Malta: corrections, broken links, source suggestions, accessibility issues, or concerns that a page is unclear. It does not reach the Government of Malta, the Human Rights Directorate, Identità, the Institute of Tourism Studies, or any other official body. It also cannot check an application, reopen a paused course, confirm eligibility, or give legal advice about your personal situation.

We do not run a message form on this site because the guide is intentionally built without accounts, databases, document uploads, payment handling, or personal-data collection. Keeping contact instructions text-only reduces the risk that a reader mistakes this independent guide for an official support channel or sends sensitive documents to the wrong place.

For corrections or source updates

If you spot a factual error, a changed official page, or a broken source link, use the official-source trail shown on the relevant page to identify the claim. The most useful correction includes the page URL, the sentence that appears wrong, the official source that contradicts it, and the date you checked that source. Do not include passport numbers, identity documents, portal passwords, payment screenshots, or case-specific application files.

Every policy-sensitive page also links to the source registry, where you can see which official page each claim depends on and when it was last checked. Start with Sources if you want to verify the guide before raising a correction.

If you need official help

This guide cannot check your application status, submit documents on your behalf, issue certificates, take payments, reset official portal access, or make decisions about your case. For anything related to your own application, use only the official destinations linked from this guide. Those links are labelled clearly as official external websites and are listed again on the Sources page.

For programme-specific questions, the dedicated official I Belong Programme contacts page sets out where this guide has found official contact routes — including the programme email and the Human Rights Directorate.

Privacy, advertising, and safety questions

For privacy or cookie questions, read the Privacy policy and Cookie policy first. They explain that this site does not run user accounts, collect official login credentials, accept payments, or host official application forms. Advertising is not active unless the site has the required ad disclosures, `ads.txt`, and consent setup.

If you see a page, message, advert, or social post that appears to use this guide’s name while asking for a password, document upload, passport number, or payment, treat it as suspicious. Return to the official destination manually through your browser, not through the suspicious link.
