We found no standalone I Belong login. The Human Rights Directorate’s I Belong page has a registration link. It opens a Government of Malta page where you choose how to sign in (read 2026-10-01, without signing in). Always start from the Directorate’s own page.

Where the registration link goes
Under “How to Apply”, the Directorate’s page has a link called “APPLY HERE: STAGE 2 INTEGRATION CERTIFICATE”. It opens a Government of Malta e-service page called “STAGE 2 - INTEGRATION CERTIFICATE APPLICATION FORM”. You choose a sign-in method: Maltese Citizen/Resident (eID), EU National (eIDAS), CORP, iLearn Account, Self Registration or Social Media Accounts. This guide does not describe any step after that page.
The Directorate says submitting the form does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, enrolment, or access to any course.

Sign in only on official Government of Malta pages. Reach the registration link from the Directorate’s own I Belong page. Be careful with any other page offering an “I Belong login” that asks for personal details. I Belong Malta never asks you to log in and never collects passwords, identity documents, or payments.

We found no standalone I Belong login or candidate dashboard. The Directorate's I Belong page has a registration link ("APPLY HERE: STAGE 2 INTEGRATION CERTIFICATE"). It opens a Government of Malta e-service page where you choose a sign-in method: Maltese Citizen/Resident (eID), EU National (eIDAS), CORP, iLearn Account, Self Registration or Social Media Accounts. We read that page on 2026-10-01 without signing in. That is the only official sign-in we know of. Reach it from the Directorate's own page.
How do I enrol or check my application?
