Direct answer
Is there an official I Belong Malta login?
There is no public I Belong Malta candidate login or self-service dashboard described in the official materials we have reviewed. The programme is run by the Human Rights Directorate and delivered through official institutions, with enquiries handled by email and the Directorate’s Integration and Anti-Racism Unit.
This guide has no login and no account system. It will never ask for a password, passport details, or payment. For anything about your enrolment, use the official programme contacts.
Why there is no login to point you to
Unlike the Single Permit Pre-Departure Course or the Tourism & Hospitality Skills Pass — both of which run through an online account application — the I Belong Programme as described in official materials is accessed through the Human Rights Directorate and its delivering institutions, not through a public self-service portal. We will not send you to a “login” page we cannot confirm exists, because doing so is exactly how people end up on imitation sites.
How the programme is actually accessed
Official information names a dedicated programme email, ibelongcourses@gov.mt, and the Human Rights Directorate publishes a contact page for its Integration and Anti-Racism Unit, which administers the programme. Those are the channels for enrolment questions, confirming your stage, or asking about your certificate — see the full list on official I Belong Programme contacts and the I Belong contact number page.
Before relying on any enrolment route, note that Stage 1 applications are in a restructuring pause. What the pause means explains the current status in plain language.
Staying safe
Because there is no official candidate login, treat any page that presents an “I Belong login” asking for personal details with caution — verify it against the Human Rights Directorate’s official pages first. I Belong Malta will never ask you to log in, and never collects passwords, identity documents, or payments.
Frequently asked questions
01Is there an I Belong Malta login page or candidate dashboard?
The official materials we have reviewed do not describe a public self-service login or candidate dashboard for the I Belong Programme in the way the Skills Pass or Single Permit processes have one. The programme is administered by the Human Rights Directorate and delivered through official institutions. If you searched for an "I Belong login", the practical next step is the official programme contacts — not a portal — so this guide does not point you to a login screen that we cannot confirm exists.
02How do I actually enrol or check my application then?
Enrolment and application questions go through the official programme channels: the dedicated email ibelongcourses@gov.mt and the Human Rights Directorate's Integration and Anti-Racism Unit. Note that Stage 1 applications are currently in a restructuring pause — see the applications-paused page for what that means before relying on any enrolment route.
03Will this guide ever ask me to log in or enter personal details?
No — never. This is an independent information guide with no account system, no login, and no ability to access or process your I Belong application. It will never ask for a password, passport details, or payment. If a page that looks like it belongs to this guide asks for any of those, it is not genuine — stop and verify directly with the Human Rights Directorate.
